Travel Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant who is passionate about traveling! You will be managing travel requirements for business or holiday and will be providing tourism-related services and tour packages. Your goal is to provide maximum customer satisfaction and maintain relationship with clients.

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell air and non-air services to customers
  • Organize and book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payments
  • Determine clients’ needs and provide the appropriate advice on destination, mode of transportation, accommodation, costs, travel dates, etc.
  • Inform and provide travelers with relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, maps, local regulations, etc.)
  • Offer different services and promotions
  • Attend to customers’ needs if issues/emergencies arise during their travel
  • Input customer data in the software and maintain customers’ files
  • Meet sales target
  • Always be updated with the latest travel trends by attending trainings, seminars, e-learning, etc.
  • Build and maintain a network with tour operators

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as Travel Consultant
  • Language Proficiency:
    Lebanon – fluent in Arabic and English
    Philippines – fluent in English
  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems and Amadeus GDS
  • Strong ability to communicate, interact and negotiate with customers
  • Strong knowledge of international travel trends will be an advantage

Holidays Consultant

We are in search of a client-focused Holidays Consultant to join our team! You will be responsible for promoting and booking tailor-made holiday packages that will suit our clients’ needs. The perfect candidate for the job is someone who puts customer satisfaction as the highest priority and can acquire (and expand) a dedicated clientele.

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Work with customers closely to identify their needs
  • Responsible for designing and selling the ideal holiday packages for clients. This includes but is not limited to; preparing customized itineraries, hotel bookings, flights, transfers, car rentals, tour packages, visas, etc.
  • Initiates and implements marketing / promotional activities using social media and other channels and prepare promotional materials to sell travel services to travelers
  • Liaise and negotiate contracts/rates with travel service provider
  • Gain market advantage by building and maintaining solid relationships with suppliers
  • Handle leads effectively and convert them into sales
  • Build and expand customer database
  • Meet sales target
  • Keep up with the latest travel trend through regular trainings, seminars, e-learning, etc

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as Holidays Consultant
  • Language Proficiency:

  • Strong ability to communicate, interact and negotiate with customers
  • Familiarity with international travel - must have a working knowledge of world geography and the basics of traveling to
